Terms of Service.

All trade alerts, watchlist notes, market commentary, options ideas, and analysis posted by Alex Bakhmutsky ("Alexis Pro") or any community contributor are shared for educational and informational purposes only. They reflect the personal views and analysis of the poster at the time of posting and should not be construed as professional financial advice.

Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. Options, futures, leveraged products, and individual equities can move against you quickly and result in the loss of your entire investment. Past performance — including any alerts, results, or trade ideas shared in the community — does not guarantee or predict future results.

Before making any trading or investment decision, you should consult with a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment professional who is familiar with your individual financial situation, risk tolerance, and investment objectives.

Alexis Pro, its operators, contributors, and affiliates do not hold themselves out as registered investment advisors, brokers, dealers, or financial planners. No fiduciary relationship is created by your subscription or use of this service.

Alexis Pro is offered as a recurring subscription service, billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you select at checkout.

• Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days from your original sign-up date.
• Annual subscriptions are billed once per year on the anniversary of your sign-up date.
• Billing is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information on our servers.
• You will receive email confirmation and receipts for all charges.
• If a payment fails, your access may be suspended until the payment is resolved. You will receive email notification of any failed charge.
• Subscription prices are subject to change. You will be notified of any pricing changes at least 30 days in advance.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Member Portal or by emailing hello@proalexis.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

• Cancellation stops all future charges. You will not be billed again after the current period ends.
• There are no prorated refunds. If you cancel mid-period, you retain access through the end of the period you have already paid for, and no portion of that charge is refunded.
• Annual subscribers who cancel retain access through the end of the 12-month period already paid. No partial-year refunds are issued.
• Subscription fees already charged will not be reversed unless there has been an unauthorized or duplicate charge due to a billing error on our part.
• Billing errors or unauthorized charges should be reported to hello@proalexis.com within 30 days of the charge date. Legitimate billing errors will be reviewed and corrected.

To cancel, log in to the Member Portal, enter your email address, and use the Stripe billing portal to manage or cancel your subscription. Cancellations are processed immediately and confirmed by email.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alexis Pro, its owner, operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or reliance on any trade alert, analysis, commentary, or content published through this service.
• Losses sustained in your trading or investing account, whether or not such positions were taken based on ideas shared in the community.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or downtime of the site, Discord server, or any related service.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content published by Alexis Pro or community contributors.
• Any action you take or fail to take as a result of content you access through this service.

You acknowledge that trading financial instruments involves inherent risk and that you are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. By using this service, you accept full responsibility for all outcomes resulting from trades you choose to enter.

Alexis Pro expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The service is provided "as is" and "as available."

Subscribers are granted access to the Alexis Pro private Discord server. Access is a privilege, not a right, and may be revoked at any time for conduct that violates these terms or community standards.

• You may not share, redistribute, or republish trade alerts or community content without explicit written permission.
• Harassment, spam, solicitation, or promotion of outside services is not permitted.
• Sharing your account credentials or Discord invite links outside the community is grounds for immediate termination without refund.
• Alexis Pro reserves the right to remove or ban members who violate community standards, at its sole discretion.

All trade alerts, analysis, written content, and materials published through the Alexis Pro site and Discord are the intellectual property of Alexis Pro and/or the contributing posters. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

These terms are subject to change. Continued use of the service following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers.
